This week in Reception:
What a busy but amazing week we have had in Reception this week.
We have been learning all about Ramadan and Eid. The children have fully engaged with all our activities and have been able to share lots of knowledge about the Muslim faith. In maths we have been learning about odd and even numbers. We had lots of fun in the forest potting our Mother’s Day flowers. We have also been very creative making our Eid and Mother’s Day cards.
Our Values award was a ‘Motivated Mohammad’, awarded to Arta. Arta has been motivated in all of his learning this week, answering lots of questions in Maths. Keep up the good work!🏆 Our Kindness Award this week goes to Minha she has been a really kind friend and helped others with activities in the Forest. Well Done!🏆 Our ‘Reader of the week’ Award goes to Haider-Ali. Haider-Ali is trying super had in his phonics lessons. Keep up the good work and enjoy your hot chocolate!🏅
Dates for the Diary: Monday: PE/Gymnastics (No earrings) Wednesday: Eid Parys (children to wear party clothes) Thursday: Forest School and Chocolate Bingo (3:30pm) Have a lovely weekend. “Eid Mubarak” to all our Families celebrating, enjoy the celebrations.
