Mrs Buchanan teaches drama to all classes in KS2. She is a qualified drama teacher and LAMDA examiner. This gives our pupils a fantastic opportunity to develop their speaking and listening skills and learn about all aspects of performance from improvisation and learning scripts, to set design and lighting. Children are given the opportunity to attend LAMDA club at lunchtime to prepare for participation in LAMDA examinations. In July 2023 10 of our Y6 pupils achieved a distinction in their LAMDA exams!
